A Life Changing Program:
is year round and designed to empower parents and
adults to autonomy through personal and social
skills development training and coaching, also
effective parent/child rearing workshops and family
bonding activities.
A participant receives a social history assessment
to help them recognize what it will take to move
them to the next level.
The assessment will analyze the participant's living
condition, education level, parenting skills,
employment status, general health, and financial
awareness.
Also, referrals are made for other supportive
services to assist a participant in reaching their
goals.

ELIMINATED BY THE DC CITY COUNCIL - BUT
WE WILL CONTINUE TO OPERATE THIS PROGRAM
ON A LIMITED BASIS - WE ARE WILL
CONTINUE TO SOLICIT OTHER FUNDING TO
EXPAND THIS PROGRAM.
